PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
TECTONIKA’s background in architecture and construction management services allows our company to offer an overall planning, coordination and control of a project from inception to completion oriented to achieve our client’s requirements in order to produce a functionally, aesthetically and financially viable project. The intent is to work with the project’s owner to help deliver a satisfactory product that meets our client’s objectives and expectations. We provide preliminary cost estimates. As the design develops the estimates will be updated with increasing detail until a guaranteed maximum price is established. The design, when required, is coordinated with structural, civil, Mechanical Electrical Plumbing engineers and Fire Protection consultants. Plans will then be submitted at the corresponding City departments to obtain permits in order to build the project concept per approved plans.
